METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING GERMAN LANGUAGE COMPETENCIES IN A BLENDED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

This thesis examines the methodology for developing German language competencies in a blended learning environment. In contemporary foreign language education, blended learning has become an effective instructional model that combines the pedagogical advantages of face-to-face teaching with the flexibility and technological support of digital learning. Such an environment creates favorable conditions for the integrated development of linguistic, communicative, sociocultural, and strategic competencies. The study analyzes the methodological principles of competence development in German language teaching under blended learning conditions and identifies the main pedagogical factors that ensure its effectiveness. The findings show that the successful development of German language competencies in a blended learning environment depends on clear didactic organization, balanced integration of online and classroom tasks, and the use of authentic materials and regular feedback. The thesis concludes that blended learning provides a productive methodological basis for the comprehensive development of German language competencies when it is implemented through systematic and learner-centered instruction.
